There’s a lot wrong with this. Get out in open space. They gyro isn’t setup properly, the swash is most likely not level, check your blade balance (on the new ones) main shaft may be bent causing that drift and vibration. Get a sim if you don’t already and practice hovering in place. A little expo may help…seek out help from an experienced pilot. Lastly, your child and you need to back off a lot farther away. Seriously, remember the Heli team member who was almost decapitated and died in NY. I don’t want to sound judgmental, I’ve been flying 700 size helicopters for years, and they scare the crap out of me every time I spool up.
Don't practice in the front yard where cars are near houses and people are around. Find a suitable large field and do it there. You don't learn to fly a helicopter in a weekend.
It looks like you are on a farm, acres and acres of land to fly from. Why are you flying in the front yard? Get away from everything, cars, houses, son, and stand back a good bit yourself. No HOBBY is worth hurting anyone. Be SAFE above all.
