As a dedicated flame main I was thrilled to learn Mommy Yu was flame as I was hoping for her to be playable since first meeting her in D9. But then all the showcase videos of her have left me feeling pretty meh.
Hehe, waited\expected "Akagi" to be her Altered element but well.. Still will get her atleast one copy, and wait Alter Nemesis, and then compare who better i will want to max out :3

That's not how it works, the fusion passive uses the highest damage bonus not both. So if you have 10% flame damage from Ji Yu, and 20% phys damage from Asuka and Yan Miao, you'll end up using the 20% damage boost, not 10%+20%. So her flame damage buffs will all go to waste in a physical comp. Her damage however will be enhanced by all your phys buffs, but doing mixed damage is not ideal, and another phys buffer would boost your team way more.
A new character is all well and good but im still unable to do story in district 9 as the market area destroys my framerate leading to a crash everytime i go there . I aint upgrading to a ps5 just to fix it thats for sure
Your 10+ year old hardware has degraded and Is overheating from dried thermal paste and years of dust buildup. It's only going to get worse with 4.0, just upgrade to PS5, or clean/repaste your PS4. Complaining doesn't do anything, especially not here
So far i hv 3 star nanyin with ( 4 piece of her matrix), 1 star fiona & 3 star lin. All my titan gears buffs focused on flame atk. Im considering to pull for Ji Yu. Can anyone help? Shall i pull for her?

I hope the biker mommy will be altered at least. Can't they just make all chars altered? Would make the world so much easier! I presume we will be able to play biker mommy. It would break my coomer soul if we can't.
A6 Nan Yin is pretty cracked on Global, there's no way Ji Yu at A0 power creeps her. The power creep ain't that bad on global😅 Also resistance shred on Nan Yin is pretty important. I'm thinking most likely need at least A3 Ji Yu with her shred + Nan Yin inhabit on Plotti to maybe match your old team in performance.
@@gateoo I see, and since my last reply, i went and did a bunch of tests, and asuka comes out on top every time, no matter the comp. about ~10-15%% better, and thats comparing A1 asuka, to A3 fei se with both their respective matrices. I assume the rotation would be pretty much the same with asuka ?
@@semaj8683 I'm definitly a frost main, and it's this the problem: I have a lot of good frost weapon, but it's not the same for the other element. I want to know if Ji Yu is a very good character (must pull) or I can go for Loslyn

No, from what i could test today, the dual main dps rotation is a bit better but much more interesting and fun (i have her at a3) for me, the braindead rotation is so boring im falling asleep xd
