Hello Sarah, In 3 years I'm planning to retire down there in Ponte Vedra, FL (Nocatee). I'm interested in Settlers Landing. Any chance you guys can do a video in that area? I hear it's great for young Families.

Do Crosswater residents have access to all the amenities ? Or is twenty mile and others have their own ? And what about the parks, is for residents only or other communities are welcomed too? It’s bit confusing, they all have the similar CDD fees but association fees vary.

Great questions! Any home in Nocatee has access to all Nocatee amenities but not into amenities that our housed within gated communities. Not all communities in Nocatee are gated, therefore some have common parks. You may also find that your community has close access to a St. Johns county park such as Davis Park. In Nocatee are there villas in the Active 55 community, if so are there and videos you could show us?
