Which spells have good synergies with spesific troops in each faction? Would be nice to see a guide on that 😊

The magic system in SoC is wonky to me. I know some players like it but it has so many problems. Each faction is allowed three magic flavors so why introduce an undead faction if they are limited to the same spells and mechanics as the other four? Of course players will get Command ability because how else are you going to best utilize spells? I agree with you that it makes no sense to give +1 essence from a stack of 1 vs a stack of 25. If that is the case then remove unit caps and let me have some fun!

Very efficient explanation of the basics. Would be good to see a few examples of great synergies or tricks with specific spells

I'm so glad you took the time to point out dimensional door. Most powerful spell in the game when boosted to T3 IMHO. Just port your tanky brawler into their backline or on top of their castle walls to nullify their ranged units. Spell defense? That won't protect you from my giant turtle's club. Put a unit in danger to get a great hit in? Get him out of there!
