DOUBT: Sir I have read that difference between Commercial Paper and Commercial Bill is that Commercial Bill is backed by security or collateral but Commercial Paper is not backed by any collateral or unsecured (i.e. It's just a paper with promise to pay back by some top trusted company) But you said it is backed by security? Please resolve this confusion.
In commerical bill example how is ABC banking in profit ? Uska toh loss hua h kyun ki usko 1L chahiye the aur 90k mile jab ki problem XYZ company k sath thi Kyun nahi XYZ company bank ko utna amount ABC ko tabhi dene bole and after two months bank XYZ se jyada amount le le (say more than 1 L ) Kindly clear my doubts
