I have been doing a lot of this stuff for years, but it was real nice to have them all listed like this in a spread sheet. It is both an excellent checklist, and marketing tool. Thank you for the great content.
Really good rundown - had to watch is on 0.75 speed though to make notes! Might be worth considering a small overlay of the numbered question you are answering (at the bottom of the vid) as it does help when watching it slowly. Loved it though! Thank you!!!
Exhausting but VERY useful info. I've rewatched it about 3 times now while taking notes. My only feedback is that it would be more obvious in sharing the names of some of the tools talked about. Many times you just flash the screen shot and say something like "... and I use this for [that]" without ever mentioning the name of the tool. Thanks for sharing!
I have been learning SEO since 2011 and this video, by far, is one of the most useful/actionable ones I have ever watched. I recently wrote a blog post and I figured out I need to handle at least 5 of your 50 tips. Really thank you for putting that much effort and positiveness in a video for us to learn. Much respect. (Also loved your previous video how to handle the business recession during the Covid-19)
That was quite literally one of, if not the absolute best On-Page SEO Guides I have ever seen! Thanks a lot for sharing your knowledge Nathan. Keep up the good work!
Started my own business and completely underestimated how complex learning SEO was going to be! Feeling overwhelmed, I stumbled across one of your videos and now feeling much more at ease and excited to learn. Thank you for your content! :)
By far the most in-depth and valuable video I have ever seen on this topic. Amazing how much value I got in a 38 minute video. A true game changer for the beginner to website publishing.
I'm a copywriter in the travel space, and I wish I'd seen this tutorial years before it was written. ;) A tour de force, Nathan. This is a prime example of value content! Thank you on my behalf and on that of my clients. 🏆
My question would be... is it worth it to focus on SEO yet in 2020 ? Is it worth it now that social media seem to have take over? (indeed, I'm even hearing social media are not allowing to so much reach, now... no idea then what is next....) . And is a real question as for me, I'd prefer the good old SEO, is what I used to make (before 2013) besides design and web coding, indeed, most of what is said in this video is pretty familiar to me, part of all what we used to apply back in the day. Been at other endeavors, but thought SEO (google related, etc) had almost disappear. Definitely had thought buying backlinks was a thing of the past. If not, great. As then is not yet another amount of knowledge and experience gone to waste....
Wow, this was amazing. Aside from how Informative this video was (and will be), you are a "Content God". How you fit That much information into 38:34 amazes me! Thank you.
This is what i call proper content. Well done. You do go a little too fast though:) About the tool ScreamingFrog it is pretty useful when it comes to SEO audit. If you can do a full tutorial on it then it would be appreciated indeed.
That was an awesome zero-fluff video. I'd appreciate it if you can launch more such videos on other topics like SEO audit, off-page seo, link building, relationship building etc.
Thank you for this ultimate guide! It’s absolute amazing and really helping me a lot with my SEO! Good work on this video and thank you again for taking the time to create it and sharing and explaining your knowledge!
Absolutely an excellent content Nathan! This is definitely a very informative topic and great explanation. Really great work on building this check list for an on-page SEO.
Hey Nathan, Great video..One of the best content i have ever seen for on page seo....but now as days voice search is increasing day by day so kindly advise on how to optimize for voice search while doing ON Page SEO. And also for SERP features...!!
I don't like check-lists because it stinks with a regular job. Online competition is huge, with 1,7 billion websites if everyone uses the same check-lists what Google needs to rank on their top-10. On-page SEO needs to consider your customers. Create content for them and then optimize for Google without hurting UX.
thanks Nathan for sharing such a informational and detailed video on onpage SEO. i noted down each and every point which i will start implement on my projects. Just 1-2 questions i have : 1) How many internal links I can have on my page. lets say i have 2000 words of content so how many internal links i can do. 2) any good experienced content writer you can recommend? 3) Normally i do keyword research or finding LSI keywords with the help of SEMRUSH. so should i need to use ahref?
You're welcome! Google recommends a max of 100, but I would aim for less. The more internal links there are, the more it spreads PageRank. Many good writers on UpWork and SEMrush works perfectly
This video is very informative, i never find so many information in one video and it's so easy to understand all hard ranking factors, i am new in SEO sector i hope you create more informative video link this. Last i want all off page and technical SEO ranking factors too..
You talk a big game with your promise right form the off. Her'e hoping you have me as excited by the end of this video as you appear to be at the begininng of it. Let's do this!!!
Thanks for this video, Now I got good view on on page seo and know what are the things that i need to optimize. Please do more videos about other topics like off-page seo and technical seo.
