I like this design. The clutch for the pump is very appealing option i haven’t seen anywhere else.

@@_.Avaprettytwinkle to the right side of the engine is the pump. It’s the black box. My guess is that has part of the clutch housed in it and the box has some type of heat sync design to keep it cool inside.

@@_.Avaprettytwinkle let me correct myself. It’s to the right of the black box. Oddly it’s not positioned to point out. It’s at a side angle that you can see it when he’s to the right of the truck.

Everyone should make sure their hose reels have bearings before you buy. I bought some without and its a horse to roll up amd contributes to tech fatigue

I have a question about the unit on this skid and the DELUX® Stallion Gas Powered Soft Wash Base Model listed on your site. You say in this video that the unit on the skid produces 9+ GPM at 140PSI. The unit on your website says Increased Flow and Pressure (11 GPM @ 300 PSI). So... are these different units?

The unit on that skid has the older model of the pump. The new pump, Comet P40, is rated at 11 GPM and 300 PSI

If you dont have access to a forklift, a hoist might be helpful, as long as you have some sort of strong overhead support that you can attach it to...i got a 2 ton hoist from harbor freight for pretty cheap.

It depends on how frequently you are going to use it. If you still growing to a full time business I would recommend 12v. If you are hitting it hard then I would go with the gas

Anyone with a forklift. There isn't a official way of doing this but anyone with a forklift. These skids are very light without anything built on it so you could load it up first with you and 2-3 other guys as well.
