1. Hello! We would like to introduce here our semi-automatic product line Ruswelt / Kondor. The machine produces construction products made of concrete.
2. The raw material is sand, gravel, slag, ash, expanded clay, sawdust and cement as binder.
3.1 Cement, sand and water are fed to the mixer. Mixing time from 30 seconds to one and a half minutes.
3.2 The fer9ge mixture reaches the collecting container via the conveyor belt.
3.3 A certain amount of the mixture is poured into the mold from the receiver.
3.4 Under the influence of Vibra9on and pressure, the product takes on the desired shape in 4-10 seconds.
3.5 Then the mold goes up and leaves the fer9ge product on the wooden plaOe.
3.6 The wooden plate with the product leaves the plant and the process is repeated.
3.7 Subsequently, the wooden plate with the product is placed in shelves for drying and remains there for 24 hours or can be dried for 10 hours in Damp_ad.
3.8 Thereafter, the product is fer9g for shipping.
4. The operator controls the automation system via the control panel.
5. And as follows:
5.1 - the wood plaOe is put on the back cover.
5.2 - the mixture is filled into the mold.
5.3 - Output of the wood plaOe with the product from the vibrating press.
6. In average, the process is 40 seconds.
7. Equipment of the machine:
7.1 Mixer with a total volume of 150 to 350 liters
7.2 Conveyor belt of three and a half meters in length.
7.3 Mixture supply tank
7.4 hydraulic machine for the wood chip feed
7.5 vibrating press
7.6 Control Panel and Hydraulic Station
7.7 Shelves for the fermented products
7.8 In addition, the machine is equipped with a plant for the production of sandwich bricks and a hydraulic stone nip press.
8. The high quality of the manufactured products is confirmed by a certificate.
9. Overall, the product range includes more than 50 arms.
10. The recovery volume within 8 hours comprises:
10.1 approx. 45m2 paving stones,
10.2 approx. 700 bricks for interior walls
10.3 or about 550 bricks.
11. Changing the product standards takes about 20 minutes.
12. The installaon is easy to manage, set up and maintain. For the service 2 persons are enough.
13. The profitability of the machine is 3 to 6 months. Space required for the complete machine and product requires only 100 m2 with a ceiling height of 2.5 m.
