I can see my old residence at 1.02. The entrance in the 1st floor and the window in the 2nd floor (in living room) which I clearly remember. I could see the hill of SF water reservoir through the window. I want to know who is now living in the house. Thank you very much for this film.
I am a Japanese who lived in SF for 6 years(1987-1993) to work for Japanese co. SF branch. I lived in Sunset district with my family, the first address was 22nd? ave. between Noriega and Ortega, then moved to Pacheco st. between 21st and 22nd?. I went shopping to the Safeway on Noriega and Irving st. etc.. Sunset was very nice place for me to live and your film brings me back many good memories then. Thanks very much. Would you tell me for one question・・the beautiful landscape in your film 0.51-1.00 is from the top of SF water reservoir ? We can see G.G.B. on right side. If so my first residence is just down side of the hill and I sometimes drunk beer in the evening from the top of the hill to see G.G.B. On July 4th there were many people gathering to watch the fire-work with G.G.B. lightening. Thanks again.
I found street map in this film and got my old right address by it. The first address should be 28th ave. between Noriega and Ortega. The second address should be Pacheco between 23rd and 24th. The both addresses are very close to Sunset water reservoir and that's why I could get correct info by the map. TKS
Thank you very much for your reply. I already retired and live around Tokyo now but SF is one the most favorite places in the world. Yes I will visit the sunset district in the future. Is the sunset water reservoir still there ?
