Hi, in a posteraletar approach you can use as reference for your anteverion: The calcar and the position of the leg. While preparing the femur the leg is positioned vertically to the floor. Your anteversion angle is the perpendicular to the leg plus your desired anteversion. Also being a cemented stem, after you trial your components you still have a chance for some additional correction with the definitive cemented implant. Hope it helps😉
