Hello Parth ,I am on my cap gap I-20 now which usually ends by September 30 th ,My case got filed on June 17 th 2024 with USCIS ,My case status shows "As of June 17, 2024, we are actively reviewing your Form I-129, Our records show nothing is outstanding at this time."DO you have any suggestion to keep my work visa status active until I receive my H1 B approval .

Hi Parth, My STEM OPT is expiring around March 14 2024 and this is in between the timeline of H1B lottery application and results. I wanted to know, based on my situation can I still be eligible to apply for H1B lottery ? Can I use my Cap GAP and how? Note: I will not be opting for second masters after STEM OPT expiry.
