I pulled her super early so, despite usually ignoring the weapon banners, I went for her weapon as well. Love her so far even if she isn't fully built (I ran out of mora at 6/7/7 talents). After watching this and other's showcases, I'm very happy to see that my C0, R1 build isn't that far off.

I pulled for Yelan and making a combo with Kokomi's burst I FEEL LIKE I'M IN A GODDAMN WATERPARK IT WAS VERY AMAZING AND SO BLUE

The Thoma Comment helped me so much (and made me laugh). I was JUST about raise him up. Also, I watch bc you are hilarious and spot on when it comes to the content.

I pulled for her during this video after doing some calculations on my primos - which apparently deemed unnecessary because I got her first 10 pull. I was saving for Kazuha, on a guaranteed, and I had 10k primos and 10 fates. I used the 10 fates and got her on 0 pity. Which is good, bc that means I can now yet again save up for Kazuha and still be able to get him even though I am on 50/50 rn. This video really brought me luck on Yelan banner, thank you Tenha

I watch Tenha because i like Tenha’s video!

Adding in that the solo runs were not making use of her passive that gives more hp per element in the party

my hutoa hit around 75k with xingqu but with yelan with elegy hu toa is hitting 100k and damage ramps up the longer you're in yelans burst. the fact you can insta apply hydro with her to swirl immediately due to her breakthrough barb is brilliant.

My Yelan is currently Level 20 with a Slingshot (31.2% Crit Rate at Level 90; which is better CV than other 4-star options) with 59.6% Crit Rate, 179.8% Crit DMG, and 165.3% Energy Recharge. My artifacts is 4-pc Emblem of Severed Fate. I feel like in a team where Yelan is the only Hydro character, I could not keep her Elemental Burst fully charged when it's off cooldown, so I'm tempted to swap the Slingshot for Favonius Warbow. Assuming I swap my Crit DMG circlet for Crit Rate circlet as well to compensate the lost Crit Rate from the weapon, 59.5% Crit Rate and 117.6% Crit DMG doesn't look too bad, but I'm not sure if 226.6% Energy Recharge would be considered overkill. Which one is more likely to be considered better? Slingshot - 59.6%/179.8% with 165.3% ER Favonius Warbow - 59.5%/117.6% with 226.6% ER

Yelan seems like a great long term project for F2p/low spenders. That c6 is crazy. Yelan and Kazuha seem like the best long term save ups imo.

I hope there's a hydro applicator to keep up with klee one day

Was hoping you would compare Hu Tao vaporize consistency between Yelan C0 and C2, maybe the extra hydro application would allow Yelan to be the sole Hydro applicator in Hu Tao or Xiangling teams.

I watched the whole video and i have suggestions on how to further improve quality :) maybe add visuals edited in the video for more clarity on comparisons of dmg before and after you change weapons/ upgrade talents and cons.

My god i love yelan im gonna save from now on and wait for her rerun and am going to try as many constallations as i can have co and her bow now

As far as Favonius vs Stringless, at R5 for both, you can achieve around the same hp/ER stats. With Favonius, you go hp% sands and hydro goblet, while with Stringless, you can go ER sands and HP% goblet, relying on the 48% elemental skill and burst DMG from the Stringless. Favonius gets you more energy particles, but Stringless would net you higher base damage and a lot more EM. Of course, if you don't need the energy regen %, then Stringless wins out, big time. Also worth noting, there's a 3 star bow with hp% as its secondary stat.

I have Yelan and her weapon but I'm thinking of using 2pcs H.O.D and 2pcs Tenacity as her artifacts because I already farmed those artifacts. Do I really need to farm and use 4pcs Emblem for her or should I stick to my artifacts??

im using the double hydro hu tao comp yelan and xingqui right now, and i say now in 3.0 this comp is much better cuz of the hydro reso adjusment both hu tao, yelan, and zhongli will benefit from the plus 25% hp

i like it more in youtube since its data saving feature than twitch

Could you maybe also show your artifacts? Bc some use hp sands, some ER sands, some hp cirlcet and some crit dmg/rate. I jüwould be curious what ur using tho 🙃

Without C1 I think Sacrificial Bow is the way to go. With about 160 ER, two skills is enough to recharge her burst.

I got her to be a Hu Tao support. Went to C6 for shits and giggles and ended up hardly ever actually switching to Hu Tao. She does so much damage with that final constellation.
