You did a beautiful job on that place. Lucky family that got it. You didn't show the basement. I'm sure you could have a whole rec room down there. Bet it's worth 100k more today.

Excellent walk-through! I can tell you know what you're talking about! I especially liked the 5' 8" - 5' 9" bathroom measurement based on the tub length. Smart!

The kitchen and brick on the first floor is really nice. Stephanie is doing a good job with the staging too. I can picture the yard done in my mind. Good job.

Great job. Great choice of paint flooring, and trim. Everything flows and goes together nice. I'm going to do my hair like yours on my next project. I think it's going to be a national trend lolol.

Very nice use of space downstairs and nice 2nd and 3rd bedrooms... I would rather not have the master bathroom because the master bedroom is very tiny. No storage.

We opted for the second full bathroom (instead of a walk-in master closet) here because many buyers with families prefer a private bath. Have done plenty of others with more closet space though - check out the video of the 36 unit development.
