Lovely pages K! I really liked your choice of color in the R.J. Hampson book. I really need to think outside the box more and try new things. You inspire me every time I watch your videos!
Gorgeous, gorgeous pages this month, K! I love them all. I like the way you use your purples and your blues, they are like your signature. Have fun with December colouring!
Beautiful colourings as always, K. ❤ I have to say though, that you really out did yourself on that Rita Berman, double spread page…just fabulous and oh, so stunning! ❤❤❤xo
I really loved all of your completed pages this month, they were all beautiful. The Rita Berman page was my absolute favorite, that one is really breathtaking, I love all the iridescent shine on the snow, I am going to try that on my Christmas pages in the future, love the effect it gives. The Christmas page in the Japanese bunny book was my second favorite, really stunning and beautiful colors you chose. The R.J. Hampson page was also georgeous, love the colors you used, they are really not standard colors for a sort of snowglobe, but it works really well. I wish you lots of joy coloring this month and have a really nice weekend dear K, and I also want to wish you a really nice December month, lots of love and greetings from the Netherlands 🥰💜
Thank you so much for doing a buddy colour with me, K! I agree with you - Gabi Wolf is definitely becoming one of my favourite artists, too. :) And your Rita Berman double page is absolutely STUNNING!! Thanks for sharing!
Amazingly beautiful! I absolutely love your videos! I’ve been following you for a while but never left a comment! I love your etsy paints and you give me so many ideas! I can’t wait until your next video!🥰😘🤗😍🥳☺
Your pages are just stunning! Would you be able to do a tutorial on how you shade with colored pencils? Would really like to learn from you...youre soooo talented!! Really enjoyed this video!!
Everything looks lovely! May I ask what glue you use to put the confetti on the background? I wanted to find out before I ordered so could get both at once. Thanks🙏
Gorgeous pictures as always! As soon as I got the bell notification that you’d put up your Nov. completed pics I watched right away! I just absolutely love the way you color! ❤
Wow that winter double page is stunning ❤ what does the deco art triple glaze do? I will be watching the tutorial video. I am like a stalker haha your videos are great 😊
@@Simmo-hs6wz thank you! It gives a clear glossy look, a bit glass-like. The Glossy accents from Ranger is more intense looking in terms of a raised glossy look compared to the Decoart version
I think your dinosaurs are very pretty - I really like the colour combinations that you've used. Your Rita Berman winter scene is amazing and I was wondering what paint you used for the snow caps on the mountains?
Thank you so much! It was the Art spirits white rabbit watercolour paint and then I used her rainbow dust paint over the top. Her shop is on Etsy, she is based in the UK. 😊
How did you feel about the paper in the hardcover Lost and Found? It seemed to warp quite a lot, and you didn't use much water at all. I actually prefer the idea of just a single set of pages because I just don't care to color the same thing over again, even with the small changes he's been putting in recent books.. but I also spiral bind all my books which isn't possible with a hard cover. I've hear reports the "premium" paper isn't very thick at all.. so I'm very undecided about which version to purchase.
Yes, that paper is not conducive to watercolour, it’s too thin. The hard back books have paper that is only very slightly thicker than the Amazon print paper - I would say marginally and not significantly in any way. The price hike for that paper is not fully justified, as in not worth double the price. If the hard back version is £5 more than the paperback and if I really like the images, I’d buy the hard back, just because it’s nicer to work in with pencil.
