I do understand both of their point of view. However, jk should know his wife character, her intelligence, and her behavior the most, and if the wife told him someone has wronged her and stole her project, he should have sided with his wife and fire her . As a man, he must have an instinct on how his so-called secretary behavior and attitude are towards him . Her capabilities.. therefore, although he was being fair .. when it comes to your spouse, his support should come first and foremost, and he failed. Also, there should be boundaries set in place to prevent unwanted behavior like these . And why did not he make yn his secretary in the first place . Anyhow, this is just my humble opinion.

And Secretary are made on their capabilities and if every man who CEO will make his wife secretary just because she is his wife then how about other people?

Hhahaha this comment section made me laugh and I realised that apperantly nobody knows how the job world is working. When you are at work, nobody care who you partner is and everybody is equal, or it should be. But seeing this comment section I can see you would prioritise your partner/friends just because they are close to you. Additionally, people can't just be fired based on a word, the HR you know the department that deals with people, need a proper proofe on why somebody's position needs to be removed unless you want a lawsuit for unlawful termination. CEO can't just go around firing people because his wife says so, I mean I would love that, do you know how much money I would earn if that is the case haha. Some people will have a really big reality check when they start working. Also everybody is innocent until proven guilty, THE MOST IMPORTANT RULE IN LAW 😅
I have a suggestion author im not hating but ff are called fictional for some reasons and it doesn't have to be practical always maybe here he can listen to his wife and fire his secretary infront of everyone

Fictional doesn’t mean things will suddenly stop making sense. Fictions are written for characters who are either fictional or celebs to create a storyline revolving around them, it isn’t some dream lore. What he did was his job, he just can’t fire anyone just because his wife said so, he needs evidence. There needs to be some realistic take to the story otherwise it’s just boring and repetitive.

They are working under jk so he himself gave the credit of his wife to his secretary so if they oppose him it will be harmful for their jobs so no matter what it is true not they only work and support the boss who are giving salaries to them
