COMPLETELY RANDOM SHINY 1% SURSKIT IN RUBY!!!!!! 

I was playing through my NQ games to get to my next hunt, the desert. I needed an illuminator in my Ruby, and decided to hunt for a 1% Volbeat instead of trading one from a Sapphire, where they are 18%. While looking for a Volbeat, I couldn't believe my eyes, a Shiny Surskit appeared. I wish my reaction could have been caught on camera, because I absolutely lost it.
I checked, and Surskit were not swarming anywhere, let alone on this route.
