Our thoughts create!! I have been able to manifest a calm, cool and collected version of MYSELF. One that doesn’t react and go on panic. I did this by listening to overnight affirmations, visualization, scripting and breath work to soothe me in those uncertain moments. We got this!

I have seen some movement by affirming my SP (we met on a Streaming App. I love in Arkansas and She lives in California) I have seen changes like she is hanging out with less guys and more girls. She has stopped hanging out punk rockers. I was thrown off when she was on vacation with her family and commented on one of these guys videos saying that she wishes she was going and to have fun. I affirm it was out of politeness and that she is growing out of hanging out with these punk rockers. I have also affirmed she in incapable of falling in love with, being sexually aroused by or even physically attracted to any guy other than me. I have essentially affirmed she is a eunuch to all other men and I am the only guy who can awaken those feelings in her.

What are your thoughts about using sleep affirmation tapes. Like saying your Affirmations without believing them can reporgram your subconscious mind as effectively as the sleeping tapes do ?
