This may be a dumb question but when you mention the need for 15mm of space for all on x per arch, how exactly do you measure this or what method do you use to measure the space required predictably before the implants are placed?

Not a dumb question at all. Many people ask this. There are various ways to measure this. One simple way is to measure the patients denture thickness. In a perfect world, you can do an ideal wax set up and measure the thickness of it. If you need more space, you can consider using alveo to gain it
