@@antoinestewart9956 I have Alexandria Fragrances version of Bal D Afrique(Africano), I was gonna get Majestic Woody Intense but was trying to wait until it made it's way to a few discounters...I have Resala tho, & Asrar, Kalemat Black, Aseel & Aseel Special Edition. What does that Danae smell like, I keep hearing good things about it?...I was thinking of getting Triumph Of Bacchus but I heard it smells like Red Tobacco's dry down, which I already own....oh, & is Vivamor a mix of BR 540 & Aventus?
@@BBrown-km5mi it sounds like you have quite the collection. Danae is a 9/10 fragrance. It is a creamy woody fragrance in general. It is unique to my nose and it lasts forever. Triumph of Bacchus is 🔥🔥 as well. I haven’t tried Red Tobacco so I can’t compare the two. Argos is a quality house that is worth checking into.
Scent of Peace for him is such an underrated fragrance. I've said this many times, but if you love Sauvage and other shower gel type fragrances you will adore it and it has nuclear performance. I'd actually describe it as a pineapple Sauvage and it actually came out 2 years before Sauvage. Try layering CDNIM (or Aventus) with Terre D'hermes. I've smelled the combination on my husband and it was to die for. Better than either of the fragrances by themselves and that's really saying something because those are two of the top classy masculine masterpieces on the market.
I don't usually get many compliments, but mostly interact with people in professional settings so I don't expect much there. But did visit some friends over the holiday and a good friend's wife smelled Oud Wood on me when we greeted and told my buddy he absolutely had to get it.
@@kevinsonnenberg2868 I actually took the risk and bought on Amazon because I had points for it. It turned out it was a reputable seller and had valid batch codes and all the markers of authenticity. Probably wouldn't try that again but it worked out.
@@kevinsonnenberg2868 checked the order history and it says ASSAB LLC out of Naples Florida. Cheaper than even the discounters, which makes me kinda wonder but it checked all the boxes: batch number, packaging, plastic on atomizer, side by side against sample.
@@kenwood3988 ASSAB is the same company on Amazon that I am seeing selling it way under the discounters. A couple people who reviewed the company said the Oud Wood was definitely a fake. Others were happy and rated the company highly. At that price I may take a chance. Thanks for your help, Ken!
Scent of peace for him so underrated. It’s in the same ballpark as aventus, yes but it’s still different and also it performs crazy good on me, absolutely love it.

I remember smelling SMW at saks years ago (around 2010) I recently purchased a 3.3 oz bottle from creed in 2022 and honestly it still smells the same to me and lasts long too
I’ve found that when I mix certain fragrances women snap their necks to see where the scent is coming from. I always end my combination with a nice after shave.
CDNI limited edition edp is my most complimented. I only count compliments if I get them from strangers. 9 strangers mostly women. Got one from Creed silver mountain water, one from Montal intense cafe and one from The one luminous night by D&G.

I keep hearing so many good reviews on Silver Mountain Water. The 2 times i tried it, it was a repugnant, bitter, sweet smell. I initially thought only a woman would wear that, and even then I wouldn't like it on her. Idk, is it the sillage that hooks people? Maybe I should give it a proper wear next time around.

The 4oz and 2.5oz are the stronger versions..I still have 3 bottles of SMW and 4 bottles of Aventus(2014) in the 4oz bottles..if im not mistaken 2017 was the last years of the 4oz and 2.5oz size bottles..nowadays I use clones just so I won't use up all my original scents..lol
how many sprays with the bond no9 do you usually use? i find my self having to use 6-10 sprays for an all day use when I cannot access the bottle during the day. i ABSOLUTLEY love this stuff and i am going through it soooooo quickly

Excuse me could you recommend parfum with this characteristics? Top notes are Pineapple and Bergamot; middle notes are Red Apple, Cardamom, Pepperwood or Hercules Club and Jasmine; base notes are Tonka Bean, Amber, White Cedar Extract and Oakmoss.
My man forcibly sticks every atomizer up his nostrils while I HATE when I make a mistake and bump my nose with the atomizer while smelling a fragrance & immediately seeks to disinfect it.
