Component palletising systems 3 shaft varioSTACK tray handling with belt loading 

Automation solution specialist, IEF Werner, can equip component palletisers in the varioSTACK series with up to six shafts, for flexible factory automation and demand-orientated material flow. This autonomous, modular system is suitable for a diverse range of applications, including the automotive component sector as well as the pharmaceutical and health and beauty industry.

In addition to the extension of the autonomy buffer, multi-stack palletisers can be used separately for NIO parts. In addition, processing of raw and finished parts without mixing is possible. A special feature is the mixed operation where several product variants can be processed at the same time. New product variants can even be set up during operation
