Buckling shouldn't occur until after the composite beam has been loaded beyond capacity right? And design plays a pretty strong factor in ensuring buckling doesn't occur at all. Everything from the strength of concrete, the number/size of anchors, steel bean selection and tributary width plays a crucial role.
