Conpound wall running feet nu sonneenga. But height evvalo nu neenga sollaliyea. If my building height frm ground 4 1/2 feet la erukku. So min 10- 11ft height varum. Price diff varuma compare to ur details.

It's very hard to calculate cost like this sir because this is a custom requirement. There are lots of factors involved like basement details, Blockwork etc
Even for hollow block labour cost is 39k? Where no plastering work is required.. Is that so? Same for both brick where plastering is extra work..and less time required for plasing the blocks with mortar

Nice video, but I thought your costing calculations are inaccurate. Some items you included labor + materials and in some materials only. Then you added labor as a seperate item for the whole project. It would great if you can improve accuracy going fwd.
Great Info. You could have touch up on regulatory norms for compound wall. Like how it varies by type of area or city. I have a query : Is it only allowed to construct 5.9 feet high compound wall in city like chennai? What if the owner wishes to construct slightly higher for security reason?

Sir, i have a corner plot with two side road at the entrance of a colony. Its triangular in shape. Value 60 lakhs. 5 cents. If i build construction or house, later if i sell my construction cost will go to waste ie 40 to 50 lakhs. Is there a simple way to construct a deparmental store with steel beams and temporary precast types. Later if i sell the plot, i can sell the iron beams and save my money. Please make a video.

hi we are currently building a house and our builder happens to implement a new technique in building the compound wall for our site, he is connecting the ground level beam of the house to column as usual but he is also putting a continuous beam for the compound wall and connecting it with the building beam(its not like a beam on a beam, but jus connecting in same level). please give your opinion about thus type, thank you
