Incomplete challan after arrest of remaining accused or fsl report becomes complete. Therefore, challan is said complete, not supplementary . Investigation is never complete unless the real culprit of the case is culminated, like if once accused acquitted on benifit of doubt and later on actual accused arrested on the basis of tangible evidence then challan can be submitted is called supplementary..in my opinion

Sir I have question If IO submits incomplete Challan and in respect to challened accused court proceed with a trial but after completion and before pronouncing judgment police arrests the rest accused then will there be joint trial if yes then already tried will be vitiated or not?

Sir! Police rules 1934 chapter 25 rule 56 me "subsidiary challan" ka word use hua hy...... Please icko b explain kr dein.

Sir! Agr challan submit honay hy baad charge frame honay sy pehlay ..... Standing review board IO change krdy........ ASJ uci challan py charge frame kry ga jo already submit ho chuka hy???
