The Green and Resilient Retrofit Program (GRRP) is a grant and loan program that provides funding to owners that receive HUD multifamily assistance. The GRRP program is being implemented through three distinct cohorts to take a diverse approach to developing the scope of work at the participating property. This webinar is specifically for the Comprehensive Cohort awardees from Waves 1 and 2, which were announced in December of 2023 and March of 2024.
