Thank you so much for this content! So consise and well explained. Q. My husband is overweight but eats once a day ..He either eats rubbishly , has the occasional healthy home cooked dinner with me, then goes extreme and does a HUEL smoothie. Then the cycle repeats. He may lose a little but im certain his metabolism is messed up abd fasting long periods isnt good for him. What is your opinion? Hes often fatigued and depressed.
