Excelente información en este video!!! Si algo puedo aportar sobre este tema, es que como indicas el reservorio de aire suele guardar algo de residuo de "agua" debido a la humedad del aire y es correcto!!! Para ello tiene su válvula de purga, en mi caso debido a que vivo en un país en el cual es muy difícil encontrar suministro para el modelismo tener un compresor y un aerógrafo de calidad es como tener el santo grial, para mi compresor tuve que adaptar un tanque para que de 1gl para que me sirviera de reservorio de aire y algo que hice antes de colocar todas las mangueras, uniones y conexiones fue comprar pintura tipo asfalto de rust oelum y hacer un tipo de recubrimiento interno del tanque con dicha pintura, el objetivo de ello es evitar la oxidación y futura degradación de las paredes del tanque y podrás notarlo cuando drenas el reservorio para su mantenimiento el agua que drena es clara, casi como el agua del grifo. Espero sirva de algo este tip!! saludos!!!

Hi mate 👍 I do sub you and I'm watching this 3 years on... so I'm sorry if this is untimely. Regarding the plumbers-tape, we should always wind it on clockwise. On a left hand thread - your way lol! I once suggested storing one's CA glue stash in the fridge particularly after opening it extends the life immeasurably. Never heard "boo" about that one and it's sound advice from my fitter & turner ex print-engineer brother... never heard boo from you about that little beauty, so we'll treadvon eggshells here lol 😅 The clockwise-winding with your plumbers-tape is from personal building/ plumbing experience and straight from my nephew, a plumber working at the international terminal at Kingsford-Smith (Sydney) Airport. A transparent air hose is good at revealing any moisture, before it reaches your air brush.

Sorry to say that solder will not last as it has not flowed it is just sitting on the flux your soldering iron will not have enough heat to get the tank hot enough to allow the solder to flow properly i would braze it or as you say get it welded .
