In these two judgement High courts explicitly stated that .. if it is the welfare of the society in compromise then Compromise is best way even offence is non compoundable

If the main offenses are compoundable then others will ultimately be covered under compoundable offences. Secondly, if the situation is different then the Court can acquit in non compoundable where it brings peace in the society.

Yes ... The judgement which I mentioned in my videos please study it...There are principles for compromise in non compoundable offences. One of the essential principal is that if it is good for the peace of society.
