"How do we actually learn words? It certainly isn't from the dictionary, because dictionaries are a recursive nest. The definition of a word in the dictionary is itself a bunch of words. So, this is an infinite regress problem. How do we actually organize our mental lexicon? Before we tackle that we need to introduce some terminology." Now that's funny!

Jokes in flipped lectures are so hard! It's gauche to laugh at your own jokes, and sometimes it's hard to tell when someone is making a joke. Maybe I need to add rimshot sound effects or something. :)
