Part 2 and 3 felt like a podcast. A very informative and kind of a philosophical one. I even forgot that I had to find the answers! I wish I had something like this one on my exam day -- 3rd March.
In computer based ielts When one section ends in ielts listening and the time was given for checking the answer. What if a student wants to utilize this time for the reading of next section questions??
On your exam day, you may ask the invigilator about it. I have heard that they do have an option like this for colour blind people which makes the background black.
Hello. In Computer based test, In listening section, can we navigate/read the question in other parts (say part 2, 3, &4) while still being in part 1 and listening the audio of part 1.
In computer based listening test you are not allowed to navigate when the audio is being played but if you have doubt on any answer then you can check box on 'Review' for that question and later you can go back to that question to edit or write your answer.
Its upto you. You can write answer All letters Capital, all letters small or first letter capital and rest small. If you are good at grammar then you can write answer accordingly (not necessary). But spellings should be right. (Most Important)
The screen here is zoomed in for better view. You will able to see all questions in respective section at once and use TAB button or Mouse Click to move on to next question.
You can ask the invigilator for paper and pen if they allow. But keep in mind that you will only have 2-3 minutes at the end to review your answers. So you will not be able to manage time in transfering answers to computer in 2-3 minutes.
Hello. Is the interface the same as the computer-based exam? And can we process to the next page to look at the answer before the audio is finished if we finished the current page?
It is close to this one. You can look at the next section questions when the recording of previous section ends. It is advisible to follow the instructions given during the test.
Yes you can take notes on screen. Right click to select 'Notes' option or 'Highlight' the text. If you need paper, you may ask the invigilator as it may not be allowed.
you can write with capital C. It doesn't matter. But in opinion you should write according to grammar rules as it will also improve your writing skills as in essay and letter where these things do matter.
Right, thank you for the reply. My main reason asking for it was because of the writing convention being followed in the table. All the first words in "Transport" column have capital first letters. Do we also have to look for such things or not? @@knowledgeislandbybilal
Not sure about this one. But there is one available called 'IELTS Listening Familiarization Test'. The test video is uploaded on the channel and the link to test is given in video description.
Please check the playlist section I have uploaded few FREE tests which you can practice as well. You can find the link in the description of those videos. If you want to practice paid tests than 'IELTS Ready Premium' or 'Road to IELTS' are good option.
Sometimes these question appear in the form of table and you will be clicking on the right option. And sometimes you just have to drag and drop the answers to the provided spaces with use of mosue.
It will start automatically after each section's pause of half minute (30 seconds). Better utilize those 30 seconds in skimming through questions of next section.

You will have to write directly in the provided spaces. You will get only 2-3 minutes at the end to review your answers. You have to practice enough so that you don't make any typing mistake in the real exam. Tip: If you have doubt on any answer in the real test then you can click on check box at the bottom right corner for that question and it will be circled so that you can spot it at the end that you need to review that answer.

Please check your junk emails. They usually send emails instantly as soon as you register for the test. Or you can login into your account and check your test booking there if it is confirmed.
You can ask the invigilator for one. But you should keep in mind that you will only have 2-3 minutes at the end of recordings for reviewing your answers. You will not get 10 minutes for transffering answers as in paper-based listening test.

There is nothing to be confused about. You will have to type the answers for the tasks like: 1. Notes Completion 2. Summary Completion 3. Sentence Completion 4. Short Answers Questions 5. Form Completion 6. Table Completion For Multiple Choice Questions, you will be selecting the right answers by clicking from the given options. For Matching Task Questions, flow chart and diagram/plan/map labelling questions, you will be draging and droping the answers into the given spaces. Speaking Test will be face-to-face with IELTS Examiner. In writing test, you will have to write the answers in the box on screen. I hope it clears your confusion.
You should visit the official IELTS website and explore to know what kind of questions you can expect in the IELTS exam. These are not self made questions.
