Medical study in Nepal is excellent because of quality education, transparent examination systems, and opportunities to examine a lot of patients. Especially it is most suitable for Indian and other South Asian students because of the similar nature of culture, food, tradition and environment as well.

Nepalese ko 42-45 lakhs hai full course ka aur foreign ko 50-60 lakhs hai...so doesn't vary much. Yes he rightly said it is known as Purana medical college. Managing director and the entire administrative team is from Karnataka. Case load is superb and after inicet had commenced students from this college were able to crack inicet in first attempt itself that too within rank 150

@Sabina Subedi and I thought for my nearby neighbouring countries students. If u can adjust to admit in Nepal then why can't they? Of course it's cheaper than India. Madam while doing research u should also had known about the colleges fee structures in India. I was helping my indian brothers and sisters to get informed about the college here and that's it ND u are giving ur free advices. Plz don't . I know a lot better than you can think of urself. They just come here coz in india either you have to crack toughest exam or pay above 1 crore indian rupee , here they get seat just by 25 to 30 lakh inr, it's just a simple solution, don't get so much proud

When i studied mbbs in Nepal(2005-11), it was good. Definitely there is some lag with respect to Indian students of the same caliber which shows in neet pg results but it can be made up with some extra effort.

Syllabus is same. Pattern is different. Like you don't have anatomy, physio and biochemistry in 1st year. It is more like system basis. They call it IBMS(integrated basic medical science). Regarding quality- at par with most average private college in India.

Neither will obc get a seat. And those who get are entitled for that, remove this bias. Else you can also live with them to know how they hide their caste lifetime in urban areas to avoid daily criticism and untouchabllity.
