That's the entire point of fast food, to be a quick and easy bite to eat for people that are busy and have shit to do. Just because some set locations have areas that are designed for families doesn't mean the entire restaurant as a whole is "for kids". Some locations having a play place fits within my point. Mcdonalds is aimed at busy adults, and the specific play place areas are for parents that fit within that description. But they arent for kids as a whole. We have Chuck E. Cheese and shit for that.

I agree but I also work at mcdonalds and it's not really the fact of what hes doing, but just the fact that we have a live timer timing how long it takes us to get each car out of the drive thru. Having someone hold up other cars or even just exceed the 120 time limit can be very frustrating and unfair to those who are running their buisness. And as someone who specializes in the drive thru, it can also be very unfair to work really hard for hours to get each car out within the time limit, only to have one car skew the average.

He meant that he wouldn't serve him through the drive-thru. They told him he could come inside to get the ice cream or a refund, so he went inside and got a refund. Not illegal.
This is stupid. He was paying, "eating it his way," and leaving. Why is it a big deal? The staff was actually making the drive thru line longer, not him.
It's a big deal because he's being an idiot on purpose. It's quite obvious that he doesn't have an intellectual disorder or anything that hinders him from understanding right from wrong. They're upset because he is disrputing the drive thru. I can almost guarantee that if you were behind this guy waiting on your food, and he was doing stupid shit like this, you'd have a different attitude. It also disrupts business, and wastes time, which their store could be using to make more money.
