I loved mine blue cord keeper dryer till it broke on me after 18 years I had it, I'm not a pink person but I do like blue! I'm trying to find another cord keeper dryer I love even more.
Make sure the button on the plug in is pushed in. I think its red and it pops out when you unplug it and I think you have to push it in each time you plug it in. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching!!
