Honestly yeah only in some instances does it actually make sense to do that but they use if for everything. In Ramee's court case for example it kinda makes sense but without a positive ID previously that info is useless because they're just saying he was in the general vicinity which helps nobody. When I saw Bryan use it to find Reed's bench imo that was great use of it and honestly I found it kinda cool. But y'know what it's just rp and im sure things will work out eventually :)

not really cuz iirc he said why before they took him to the pit and they didn't care - if they told him they had his phone subpoenaed when he asked for the information then it would have been solved before he even got to the PIT. but because they do that im not gunna tell you now shit it was never found out till this point.

I don't understand Medhi's RP for the last 2 months. This not telling people what they are being charged with and hiding evidence that shouldn't be hidden at least for OOC sake, it's like he thinks people know what he knows which is 4-5 year old deployment stage. He doesn't have theory of mind anymore.

Can you imagine how smaller streamers will be affected by this literal ban? @@chasejmartineau You must just be ignorant to why this RP situation started, that they had GPS info that Conan was on the island that wasn't real. He was off duty, without his phone, they pinged his phone(which is a super bogus mechanic to begin with...they should at the very least have to pickup the phone to triangulate it) and it bugged...In the literal RP scenario, they shouldn't have had the info...Mehdi asked him after the fact if he was scuffed, therefore he had a PRETTY good idea that it could have been scuff, bc who in their right mind wouldn't cover their basis like that. Knowing this, they said nothing to him OOC or IC about it and were down to fire him, lock him up for 30 days, let alone the entire scenario he had a decent part of. If you gave a shit about RP, you'd cover your basis like this, so you legit make no sense. And lets be real, if you didn't like the hold out, that's 100% on the cops. Think about the scenario, the cops die, nothing happens...the crims die, they're basically on 30 day vacations, but still the cops wouldn't push the room. Makes a lotta sense -- this is how these types of situations go when you put heavy repercussions on the crims, and zero on the cops.

@@holyghost231 Yeah, I just legit do not know what they wanted out of this scenario. I think CG was pretty smart to steer clear of this on their mains knowing how messy this was probably going to be. The only thing that makes sense from a crims POV is, bc of the 30 day treason charges, they wanted no one involved and wanted this whole war RP to be like some "cop arcade shooter where you had 30 cops to every islander." I just do not know how the senate/Brian/Baas thought this was going to play out "in a perfect world" bc to me, only two situations would have happened: One, you had no one get involved bc it's basically guaranteeing a 30 day ban, and it's the dumbest server wide scenario to date, or Two, you had everyone get involved, and then every gang is getting treason, and the server is a shit show for the next 30 days. The cops will no longer have their RP handed to them on silver platters without gangs out and about and they'll hate it. Like both situations sucked, so the whole thing is just confusing af to me.

you need to realise mehdi put him in the pit thinking the guards would let him out earlier, he gave him the chance to get out with that instead of throwing him in prison where he would be mechanically stuck there, I dont even watch mehdi but he 100% extended rp there
