My Friend, I would like to understand a little more about your method of Building your Bases/Castles/Fortresses. Because it seems to me that this Castle is just a Castle of Rest. It's not a Castle prepared for Combat or anything like that. It was Very Good. But that's what I say: What is the Functionality?. I think it would be nice to put in the Titles of the Videos, a more specific Description of the Constructions. Of course, it's just a suggestion.
I agree in that most of his builds are for show. Recreations of other fictional/non-fictional locations. Just to be able to build them in game and look nice. I personally watch the videos for inspiration and building technics. watching how he uses multiple levels, different ways to use walls and angles and have it still come out connected at the end. Oh and I like his ideas for decoration layouts. My castles are too functional and I forget to add decorations. When I try to recreate his functional buildings, I change the floorplan size or room layouts to fit my needs. The rest are just fun to watch.
@@ggkiller3930 this game isn't just pvp where you buid a "base" in some semi hidden cave so the structures can't be destroyed by avatars or trebuchets. Some people play it only for building, some solo for exploration and some play with friend for just pve content. Let people enjoy stuff :D
задумка неплохая и место выбрано хорошее там наша ГИ часто город-крепость ставит... но и много место которое могбы использовать но просто либо игнорировал либо просто делал глухим.. но большый минус это фундамент... серьезно колонны? да урон они не держат. а так неплохо... жаль нельзя поставить среднию оценку видео.
Anyone know of a foliage overhaul mod? I cant be the only one that thinks there should be more overgrowth in the highlands some areas just feel barren.
try to build another row of foundation so that the installation site of the gate is at their intersection. if it does not help, remove the first row of foundations and try to put it on a new row.
@@LyumiLight I enjoyed the build! I love the use of ceiling tiles to get the stone wall all the way to the ground. I’ll definitely be using that on mine from now on
Any suggestions for placing that first foundation? I tried my best to line it up with the terrain the same way you had it. Everything initially looked perfect, but by 1:35, the tree was sticking through the wrong floor piece, telling me that my placement was not perfect. No big deal, I thought, so I kept going. By 3:12, I realized that part of the castle was actually sticking over the edge of the cliff a little. I'm at 4:00 now, and it took me 2.5 hours to get that far. I don't think my situation is totally fucked, but man, I really wish we could pick up an entire snapped structure and move it as if it was a single piece right now.
try building a pillar with 2-3 foundations. climb on it and turn on the first-person view. from a height it is easier to position the foundation in the right direction.
@@LyumiLight Thanks; I'll try that next time. I was right earlier - the amount that my first foundation was off turned out to not be that big a deal. I was able to keep going and I have now finished most of it. I think I'm going to do my own thing with the outermost courtyard. Thanks for the awesome build and the quick response on a video you posted months ago!
