Apprso use the hoar frost hatchet to harvest human bodies (including your own if you die) to harvest ice shards. Use the shards in the altar to create ice. When you create ice you'll get a seal with your ice. The seals cannot be taken out of the altar. Hope that helps.

+Christopher Wormuth As far as I know it's made when you make ice. You don't get one for crafting a hatchet and I'm not sure about if you get a manifestation of zeal if you craft the armor (haven't upgraded my alter yet).

A fun little tickle of knowledge for Appsro and his "God". I do believe his deity Ymir is based off of the Norse Frost Giant also known as Ymir. Ymir was the father of all giants and the first being to come into existence in all the Nine Realms. The axe in which Apprso has reminds me Kratos' Axe from the recent G.O.W.. Which would kinda make since since it was given to him by his wife whom herself was also part frost giant.
