Its still pretty relevent :) considering people raiding you would travel all the way up and might no know they only use arrows :) also its a very hard location to get too, once claimed, well hidden and doesnt allow building near it so if you are on line defending the base is very easy as they cannot place beds locally

Also this is not a good spot, I build just around the corner on the volcano side at the greenwall pillar, if you built it right like me - it's pretty much unraidable. You can't place bombs on top. I also layer my ceilings at the back, behind the greenwall - so I can put 12 archers on the back platform. It rests a little higher than the pyramid caps so you can get the thralls high enough to be able to stay agro'd. You could try trebbing it, but you'd need a tower so high, and I do a slew of foundations around the wall a little so I can keep a solid amount of landclaim. With the greenwall being on both sides of the base, the only way to raid it is... Probably a Jeb Sag, Treb or arrow raiding to get rid of a pyramid cap and first cieling, then you can place bombs inside. But, only takes one player on, and acid arrows break any sandstorm mask long before you'll be missing pieces of buildings, therefore you can gas arrow raiders on the roof no problem, with the archers up top also being a problem. I don't even level them, they can do level 0.
@@Entertainment-Gaming-Grandad it's the most common spot used for a hidden base. Anyone that has played this game longer than a year will find you within the first few days. Any noobs will take months to find it.
