I go to school in the Bay Area and my teachers were a bunch of people with degrees from top universities who earned 6 figure salaries in the tech companies, but then decided to begin teaching. The money they already earned is enough for them to embark on their passion projects. Otherwise, what's the point of earning a ton of money without using it how you want?

I've talked to a few Haitians in Florida. All the ones I talked to were very nice hard working people, but they all said they wouldn't move back mainly because of how unsafe Haiti is. So I found that crime statistic a little odd/surprising.

blackout07maroon I think its always the less advanced countries that are the best places to visit. If you've been to Nepal, try Bhutan as well you'll like it. If u cant get direct access, easiest way is via India
