Conan going to Armenia is one of the best things he has ever done. No wonder why Sona is now a star in the Armenian - American community. And the show did find Sona a husband...indirectly.

How does he show respect in old man's house? Him sitting while Conan is standing tall is a sign of superiority (as shown famously in the Godfather 2 chair scene). It just shows conan in a better light and Conan is no beginner in that act.
Zorklis, how did you interperet the situation that way, instead of what a normal person thinks, "this man is old and it is difficult for him to stand, I'll make the effort to come to him instead".
@@thedragon4276 if you look up some of the older remotes (I think Conan Gives Performance Reviews is one), Matt is in them and he is much heavier, has longer hair, etc. In this video he looks much more clean cut.

@@arcy63 Basically when this episode aired, Sona's now husband was watching it and was attracted to her. Since he also was Armenian, lived in LA, and worked in the entertainment business, he reached out to her. Now they're married and have two kids

Sure, that stuff is important to expose but amount of coverage it gets in comparison to less amplified cases is ridiculous. There are literally kids who are being raped by tourists in Thailand, there are people who slowly getting poorer and also slowly realize that they can't just work and live. I am lost for words Conan. I am not from Sona's family but I am an Armenian. We build friendships with our American friends and we always have eachother's back. This reminds me of those friendships and brings tears to my eyes. ❤❤
I just love that Conan acknowledged the Armenian genocide, something that the MSM tries to avoid. There's no hatred for Turks, but we need to acknowledge the truth in order for the victims to heal and to restore relations.

This is exactly what my ex's family and my best friend's families were like growing up in Fresno. Armenians are some of the most warm and welcoming people I've ever known. You get to know them, you're like family.
Lol Kramer at 1:56 that just to good. Conan isn't just hilarious, a lot of his staff is really funny to. And it shows not only in there interactions with conan but also in these sneak peaks behind the scene. I mean I know like a dozen of his staff where other show there is like maybe 1 or 2 guys beside the host. Then again with Teamcoco boasting over 3000 employs in Conans last personal count there has to be some comedic talent in there even if there job and study isn't related at all. Conan might have added a factor 10 to the number of staff claimed but don't tell him. Let him believe he commands half a Legion instead of more like half a Cohort.
