Definitely been waiting for large pores and fine lines, glad they are at least addressing dark circles though. Most of us don't have perfect skin and tutorials should reflect that!

It also depends on how dense the brush is also which will give you a different result. A less denser brush will give you more of sheer coverage, and medium dense brush will give you buildable coverage to a medium, and a fully dense brush will give you a fuller coverage. So if you have a full coverage foundation and you want to sheer it out a bit than use a medium to a less dense brush to apply than use the sponge on top of that. It's something you play around with and see what kind of results you get.

I was thinking the same thing. I even played it back bc I wanted to confirm the second Concealer number and the Foundation number. I asked this same question when I purchased the Concealer from Sephora (the store I can't stand but that's another convo 😑). The way the Sephora girl explained it was it depends on the tone/coverage you're going for. I'm a 370 in Foundation, but the Sephora girl said I could go down one or go up one. To play it safe, I chose the same number in the Concealer. I guess you would have to play around and see which works best for you. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Ms. Jermaine King Thanks for responding, so I’m not crazy! I played it back several times as well. I’m a 370 too! Although I was matched with 360, which I purchased and felt like it was a greenish/gray look after oxidizing I guess. 370 looks best, I do wonder what a 365/375 would look like or whatever version of the extended shades were added recently. I just looked at the description of each of the shades she used on the model, 270 and 320 are both for cool undertones, while 330 is warm. I just need for Fenty to demonstrate on a model who is also 370 lol.😅

The concealer shades are designed to *complement* the same number Profiltr shade - not "match". Which means that the concealer is a lighter/brighter shade than the same number foundation shade, but carries an undertone or other complementary shade meant to lighten/brighten the usual highlighted areas. If you want a "match" in a concealer shade, Priscilla said in another video to go a shade down, and then use your usual foundation shade over it (if you're hiding blemishes, etc.). So if you're say, 270, then 280 would be your concealer "match" to hide blemishes and such. I used the concealer as a foundation (because it's more hydrating) and went down two shades. I wanted more warmth to my face and it did the trick without making me look mismatched and also covered any discoloration.

2Lovelifedaily 360 is olive. They’ve changed the shade descriptions slightly. If you are yellow, 370 is a great option. It’s the same shade as 360, the undertones are different.

@@Ms.J. I'm in the shade 270 in the pro filter foundation but I would never go in with the 270 concealer. The undertone doesn't suit me at all, you just have to find your preference and chose the undertone you are more comfortable using. I prefer a golden undertone because I have really dark circles so for me I like the shade 250 over the one that is recommended to me.

I know that's right!! That's mainly what I use, too. Along with lipstick, eyeliner and mascara. 😉 I'm not a Foundation gal. I don't need it, I don't wear it on the regular nor am I really into covering my face with product. HOWEVER, I did try it on in the store and gurl!!! 👀👀👀 It gave my face this amazing glow! I had to buy it!

I did. I bought the concealer in two shades deeper than my normal shade to have more warmth. It works without making me look mismatched while covering any blemishes. The concealer is a more moisturizing formula than Profiltr, yet still dries matte. I like it a lot. A (very) little goes a long way. I still buff it in with the Fenty foundation brush and it works great.
