Hi healing fam! I really enjoyed doing a non speaking session, so here is another one to use while you are working or studying! Just leave it on, directed towards you to get a positive energy boost. This session works subconsciously so you don't need to consciously focus on the video for it to work.. You can also use the runes I work with in the video. Paint them on your body, your books or on a sticker on your computer to heighten energy, motivation, focus, endurance and follow through. Love you all!

Sanne, this is an exceptional session. Your energy resonates so easily to me, I am amazed. I don’t know if it’s my Germanic/Celtic/Norwegian heritage, or just a deep unexplained connection, but I truly feel your energy. More than reiki, even more than my local (in person) shaman sessions (he practices South American energy healing). All of those are good, but your energy is so powerful. I really do feel a connection; there are times it brings me to tears, it is so intense. But it’s good tears, tears of release, of love, of connection. A healing suggestion: curing dreams …. Helpful dreams … (don’t know what to name it). Some years ago I had CPTSD but it’s become much better already and I lead a normal life almost. However almost every night I have intense processing dreams that are always quite similar revolving around the past and that I remember when I wake up and often leave me tired before the day even begins. Or that are hard to wake up from. They’re not nightmares and eventually I go on to have a normal day but I’ like to help this last bit of processing finish rather sooner than later. It feels I am a bit stuck there and a little push would help. It seems to run in the family, my mom complained about constant intense dreaming too … Thank you so much for todays healing- I always enjoy it!❤

The most powerful energy protection I practice is actually the years I've spent in therapy/hypnosis/healing. It made my inner core very strong and my energetic boundaries clear. I also have a continues conversation with my spirit guides, I chat with them daily. So maintenance work I do myself. But if something especially intense is going on in my life I do have other healers I reach out to!

I wanted to come back on because I had a vision of you using a feather 🪶 in an ASMR session and some chimes. If you've been using these tools or even if you haven't maybe it's something to consider. I'm not sure exactly why that vision would have come through. Besides the fact that I have a little bit of fear behind learning the nomadic healing and so that could also be a way of showing me protection. Dear Sanne. I really appreciate your work. I have a question..every time I try to see any of your videos..I start to feel sleepy and it is so intense that I can hardly watch till the end..I just go into deep sleep. Can you plz tell why is so?
It works! Two reasons: 1. You nervous system is going from fight/flight into rest/digest - you relax and get sleepy. 2. You body is doing deep healing work and turn "off" your conscious brain to make it easier for the body to heal. So just let yourself sleep!

The energy is moving through your body and healing "energy knots" in your body and aura. When energy is released or healed you get physical sensations like tingles, shivers and yawing/coughing.
