I feel that tax is not put on the earnings but should be seen as the rent of using the natural resources.. As natural resources are not their private property, they have just acquired them, the property belongs to the universe
Check Oxford's Contemporary Poltical Philosophy by Kymlicka. Also check Issues in Poltical Theory by Catriona Mckinnon (Oxford). Rajeev Bhargava 's book made a mistake.
