I subscribed Ricky Beast. I'm sorry you experienced this kind of attitude from an employee of this LINQ hotel. Las Vegas right? I hope this video reaches the owner or the management of that Ceasar Palace chain of Hotels so they should improve the hospitality and welcoming staff so that guests would come back to them and recommend to book in their hotel. This must be a one (1) star hotel that's why!

Please give the FULL story. What was the employee reacting to that YOU SAID? She didn't just randomly say that. You obviously did something for her to react that way.

Sorry if the video looks bad from a distance,,, my friend was actually recording me from a distance,,, he noticed that there was something going on while it’s taking forever. The reception person didn’t want me to record her. She called the security for me to delete the video. She even told me that she cannot check me in, when i already paid the room online. She said she doesn’t care about me paying $30 for parking since i just got there. I was being forced to do an early check in of $25 fee,,, plus a security deposit of $50 and another $50 for Resort Fee,,, and on top of this $20 per Wifi gadget after 2 gadgets,,, i have 5 gadgets,,, so i have to pay an extra of $60 more plus my friend has 2 more gadgets ,,, that would be a total now of $100. I was just asking for a validation to exit the parking lot but she insisted for me to do early check in. She said she doesn’t care if i post this video on youtube about their hidden fees. She said she is just an employee and she doesn’t own the hotel. 🏨 Is this the right attitude to a guest? I should do a longer explanation video probably about this incident on how rude was this experience went. I am just not used to this kind of service. Even when you check in to The Manila Hotel 🏨 in the Philippines 🇵🇭 people are very polite and would take an extra care to valued guests. I just wish I could’ve recorded her response so i don’t have to explain it here. Thank you 🙏 and sorry for any confusion. ❤

Sorry because the Title was not enough to say a long story. This Front Desk employee was very rude. I was just asking if i could speak to the manager because she was charging me $30 for the parking and i just got in. I was being forced to pay an early check-in of $25 plus $50 deposit and extra $50 for Resort fee, but once i am checked in my parking 🅿️ fee will be $20 automatically deducted from the deposit, lots of hidden fees such as Wifi only good for 2 gadgets, 3rd or more will cost $20 each gadget. Manager was not around and i was going to record on video our conversation and she called the Security and i told her that whatever she says will be on RU-vid video. She answered to me “i don’t care, 🤷‍♀️ i’m just an employee here”,,, meaning she does not care about the guests checking in. I worked with the number one ☝️ hotel 🏨 in the world 🌎 which was the Peninsula Hotel 🏨 in Hongkong 1992-1996 until it went back to China 🇨🇳 communism came in. We could not afford to get any complain from guests specially they are diplomats from around the world 🌎 such as Princess Diana for one. VVIP Anyway if you are on guest reception you must be hospitable, respectful of the guests needs so they will come back and spread the great 👍🏻 experience. This was not a great experience, the opposite.
