Well said CEC doctor sir. Our politicians, educated youths all should come on one platform to ponder on this issue, so that our youths would not face any problem in future especially when included in in 8th schedule of our Constitution
Every state in INDIA uses the local language as a means to protect states grade A jobs by making it mandatory in exam... its in the interest of people of ladakh to learn the language and especially the candidate who aspire for higher posts... because we cant have reservations forever... and boti is not the default language of buddhism .. its pali and sanskrit... plz dont relate it with religion... language and religion are different things... the boti script is the script made for the language we speak exclusively... no other language use this script...
