I am back home, safe and sound ! Here is a video giving you an idea of how the trip has been and what it brought me.
It is a bit messy, but
1.everyone who travelled/had a life changing experience will understand how difficult it is to sum things up, to answer this simple question "how was it?".
2.youtube is not about perfection to me, it's about "every voice matters".
3.I will get better with time.
Trying to complete this videos, there will be more videos about :
-the ressources and people I met,
-the equipment I had, and the funny little anecdotes,
-these blissful moments that happened and brought peace,
-several topic of self-realizations running through my head during the trip, things like : "how difficult it is to feel home ?", "what is over-achievement and recognizing it's another coping mechanism", "what is this inner kid and why is it important to talk with him/her?", "how to develop a sens of self-worth"...ALL OF THAT.
Hope you had a great summer, and if not, I'm still glad and proud of everyone who made it through a summer, even if it was shitty (you should be even more proud of yourself if you had a shitty summer).
