I'm a slut for a checklist, we run Microsoft teams for our guys and I've created them in planner for every type of job we do so they are repetitive for each project and the guys can go through and tick the boxes. I make them inspection focussed so the apprentices know what is required for each inspection aswell. Also run our weekly H&S checklists throigh this aswell really takes the burden off me
