Yea they always good for a laugh. Jus' a day back wearing dust mask, no filter wondering why he was breath'n all that stuff & Ryan got 'em with that being slow comment, boys had me dead💀everytime. I had to forgive him for thinking New Zealand was in Australia.
I fully understand your frustrations with Tino. But at the same time, he was on the job site before Eric and Fran. They may turn up to the yard on time every day, but they then take a long time to get to the site due to their stops.
True, but it’s the principal that they meet at the yard and gather all the tools for the day and can talk about whats happening. Tino not being there adds more work to the others(not a lot of course) and then shows up at the job and repeatedly has been told to not park right in front of the job. It’s like his mind is absent(that goes for eric a lot too) , and Ryan having to call him a lot of the time to wake him up is just ridiculous.
@@Gwape_Jam I'm certainly not forgiving Tino. But Eric and Fran show up late to the job site almost every single time, leaving the others (including Tino) to set up by themselves. And often, Ryan and the others can't even start because they have to wait for the tools to arrive. They should be going to the toilet before they leave for work. I'd say that Eric and Fran are late to the job site, far more often than Tino misses showing up to the yard.

Hi Ryan, The reason Jade gets so excited is you automatically raise your voice and make a fuss of her when you see her first thing and to her it sounds like “Let’s play” . If you ignore her for5/10 minutes she will remain in the same calm state as she is with Bugs but come and say hi in a more relaxed manner. I’m guessing Bugs only makes a fuss of her at home but not all the time as Bully Breeds go from zero to full play mode in no time.
Her dad doesn't come off as a dog trainer, he yells at her.. Teaching her not to jump as she greets would be a better outcome. Ignoring a dog as she's saying hi doesn't sit right with me.
Yeah i suggested a reward system too when she doesnt jump give her a treat if she does dont. She also is full of energy that early in the morning compared to say after being with them on the job all day.

I started pouring concrete in 1983 when I was 16 years old. At 19 years old I started taking flying lessons, and I’ve been flying corporate jets for 30 years now. It’s EAAAAASY MONEY!
You should by a sweeper attachment for the skid steer. Would be perfect for keeping the new land clean when there’s proper roads and parking lots in place
@@kristiangoransson6104 I was answering another “RU-vidr” as he mentioned keeping the new facility clean. There are no roads there at this precise moment in time, so this isn’t going to happen any time soon as it’s gravel there just now.
Some people have no choice and either way, takes 3 min to fill in the hole and put down some seed after if the owner actually complained lol most people who are getting work done to their house though don't care about a little hole, talking from experience

Eric gets a small cut on his hand and Ryan gives him a day off. Tino gets a sledgehammer dropped on his knee and Ryan doesn't think it's a big deal. SMH!
Perhaps if Tino was a responsible employee things would be different, but he's not. He's a grown man who can't get to work on time. I'd have fired him long ago.
Your spot on RYAN. They never seem to see that there are things lying about which need to be watched and tidied up. It’s your job to tell them to get their finger out and get things done. Lazeee workers - except Bugs. He’s the best.
I am pretty sure they make ray do it cuz he doesnt help. But his job after all is driving and helping out at times . Also ray got tired of it and he wants to make them do it now but like you said they are lazy and they are use to ray picking up and cleaning the tools which is unfair the only one who try teaching ray was JR but he’s not there
@@marcosmendez8805 It is Rays job to do the tidying up and washing of the equipment as he is classed as the non-skilled person. So - surely he should be doing the bulk of the donkey work instead of the skilled tradesmen.
@@broxibear1941 all companies have that issue people not wanting to do the donkey work. And Ray has his CDL so technically he doesn't have to touch anything but the steering wheel by that logic.. Of skill trades man lol. He should be polishing and cleaning out the trucks at the job site not touching any tools. Lol
@@CowboyQuan Surely Ryan would have made Rays responsibility clear to him when he employed him. What would happen to Ray if he refused to do the washing of the equipment as requested by the CEO???? Yes!!! He would be fired. He would be totally scared to refuse as he wouldn’t get another job as good as what he’s got.
I understand why you get mad about guys being late but you get mad at Tino but Eric and Francisco don't even get to the job until y'all are done because they have been using the bathroom. Use the bathroom before you go to work.
If you hit the knee hard enough, even without twisting, you can still tear ligaments. I know from experience being in a car accident. My knees collided with one another from a side impact. Tore my ACL and meniscus in both knees. Tino should get it checked out if it's bothering him.
All i'm saying is that, blunt force trauma can cause the internals of the knee to implode. I didn't see his injury too clearly, but it is possible. You don't have to necessarily twist to tear ligaments. A sledge hammer into the knee can be bad. I think he's alright though. If he tore something it would be extremely painful and bruised/swollen. @@heyjohnson5535
To be fair to Tino those sledge hits can be nasty even just a bruise with the swelling. And he still beat Eric and Franny to the job so they’re technically late😂
I’ve been a proponent of leniency towards Tino but he needs to step it up and challenge himself to be on time in the yard like Ryan asks. He could be a big help in gathering much needed tools and detailed items needed for the job. It’s not a big ask from the man signing the paycheck. Come on Tino! Step it up!
Was glad Tino got a 2nd chance from Ryan; life is that much harder when you don't have a good job & likeable coworkers... hope he doesn't ruin a good thing by continuing to take advantage of Ryan's kindness/forgiveness about being late in the morning.
Tino needs to be fired. Anyone who is late, only puts more work on the other crew members and shows the rest of the crew there are no repercussions for bad behavior.

Man ,Ryan has to tell the guys what do all the time ! Other wise they would just sit around ! Ryan ,bugs and Ray getting the job all set up while Eric and Franny are at the gas station using the restroom . Everyday the same thing ,I would get tired of that real quick ! Thats something they should do before leaving the house !
@@dakotamcavoy524they all need a talking to, Eric and Franny do that everyday, but they have good personalities and keep the morale up, really Eric not so much Franny. If he split up Eric and Franny so they didn’t ride together it would probably be a lot better. Tino does seem like a good worker but he needs to talk to him about coming into the yard like everyone else. Ray is good attendance but Ryan has to tell him things several times, like on this job telling him to not wash stuff right next to the forms so it won’t get muddy. But at the end of the day the job always gets done and always looks great. Which is what really matters.
@@apollo209 I actually think he’s got a pick on Tino as you never know what kind of life Tino has at home. It’s not like it’s every day and even then it’s only minutes of his time lost. When he’s there he does a good shift. He’s not like Eric and Ray - lazy!!! If Ryan has a problem with him - he just needs to take off the hours that he hasn’t worked. There’s not a problem there. It’s up to Ryan to sort it out and not broadcast the situation on U TUBE bringing the guy down.

When you think about it victory outdoor services has 3 locations now, the new land, winter shop, and the original yard. Its crazy how fast your business and channel took off. Keep on getting that easy money!!
I don't know if that would be possible, but i'd love to see you do a kind of tour of the concrete factory where you order it, would be nice seeing how they process your orders through phone, even maybe meet the two of three guys (if i'm not mistaken) who have been taking your calls for all this time and are always super polite
It's really just a few people sitting in an office taking calls/orders from contractors, as well as dispatching for the fleet of trucks. I drive a mixer, so I see it first hand every day. It's not that interesting, I promise. The batch office would be cool to show though. You'd see how they select different material depending on the grade of concrete, chemicals, water mixture, etc. Then you'd see a big drum in the rafters rotating/mixing the load, and pouring the crete into the hopper of the mixer truck. That's about it lol. There's dozens of videos on RU-vid if you really wanted to see it

They will only do that if Ryan asked them to ! They dont seem to take the initiative to do anything on their own unless they are getting paid to do it ! Like taking the left over concrete off the form truck when they get back to the yard instead of waiting till the next day ! So much easier to do it when it still a tad soft !
@@613rob there’s plenty of time, like when they are sitting waiting for concrete to set, or sitting and waiting for concrete to come, these young men can’t take initiative to do anything themselves without being told, it’s not hard, they have plenty of time
Watching all your videos and seeing how much you care about the final product gives me hope. Sadly a lot of workers and businesses just want to get in and out and get paid. We had some work done around the house and to say the least we were not happy with the final product. Keep up the good work!
Hey Ryan, with those cummins engines if you don't have a good after market fuel filter system, the injectors spray at extremely high PSI and if there are particles in the fuel it will basically sand blast the cylinders causing failure and can lead to scoring. Its crazy but it happens even in normal OEM trucks that have been somewhat maintained lol
And yet Tino gets all the hate in spite of the fact that he gets to the job site before Eric and Fran every day. Eric and Fran get paid to sit on the toilet, while everybody else is on site setting up. They should use the toilet at home before they leave.
@@florichi So that's an excuse to not show up to the job site? Then surely Tino can just make the same excuse as to why he doesn't show up at the yard.
