I'm late to the party and not sure how i missed this video but.. a contribution can still be made! I was walking one day and found superman crying, I had to know why so I asked him. After slamming his fist down hard and wiping tears away, he exclaimed that he wished only for one thing.. but not even he can have eyebrows as cool as Du's! I could only shrug and tell him that sometimes, saving the world just has to be enough! Gotta let this one go! So yes, I would love to get ahold of that tutorial if you find a moment free. I appreciate all your efforts and time spent making material buddy, you are helping us all find love for the didge.
I started this YT channel to get a comment like this... and I've been patiently waiting for 15 years... now I feel complete. The tutorial you ask for is already made, it's been published just after this video.
Thanks to everyone who noticed my eyebrows and mindcontrolled me through them into making a tutorial on how to read comic books while playing didgeridoo. I might toss in a bit of condensed drone in the tutorial as well!
Love the eyebrows brother… especially the expression at the end… And I love your playing. I also think that every didgeridoo player on the planet would benefit from your tutorial :-)
Just woke up! Watched Video Sitting here wondering - What is this about? I guess I need to fill a Bowl & Contemplate a bit more on the "Eyebrows"? Former Marine NCO & we are not known for our Brilliance! Lol --- Are you doing Okay Du? LOL
Du, a question pls. I make agave didges. Never had access to a hardwood didge. Is it technically possible to play this style of yours on agave didges? Greetings from México, spiral out.
Well... this is a big question as I have been playing for quite some time now, which maybe isn't visible from the videos. So I will sum it up. The most I have played was 8 hours a day, which lasted for 2 years and was surrounded by years of 5-6 hours a day. Since covid and kids destroyed vast majority of my music career, I play a bit over an hour a day. I always practice specifics which depends on what time of year it is, especially wrt concert season. If you go through my other videos, you might find some interesting stuff there...
