Riverside Mobile Home Estates is still operating despite being declared a public nuisance in 2021 for owing $150K for water bills and not paying real estate taxes.
The fact that this has never been spotted makes me think that Dayton, Cincinnati, Columbus or Cleveland might have areas that are forgotten by the city.
