Condo #2 or #3 i think are the best choices since aside from they're affordable, the space is just enough for 1 person esp in terms sa capacity sa paglilinis. Love your contents, makes me want to move out too once i can support my own lifestyle ♡♡♡

Well that's the problem here in the Philippines, most of them thinks that living in a condo makes you look rich and elite 😅 but in reality it doesn't make sense spending that much of a money. That's why the country never progress because of that thinking 😂
The condo number 4 is nice, especially it has 3bedroom and super high ceiling but its too expensive 😅 if only one person who stays. I'll choose the condo no.2, it's perfect for you, as you said you can make the other room as a walk in closet, and its just beside to the MB and BR 😊😊
The second option was really great actually and you were right with that one na loft but with a great view, it could demand so much rin in maintenance. Considering na condo 2 alr had a great view, you could just take a look at the cons more so it could help you decide better. Btw, congrats on moving in!
the last two are honestly a fever dream esp the last one, heellooo?? 😩 but listening to your current circumstances and taking real stuff into consideration, number two would honestly be perfect ! enough space, quite affordable, and stunning views
Upgrade to No. 2 for value for money and it’s easier to maintain for someone living alone 😊💕 Plus more people would be relate to you as you decorate the unit. No. 4 has a great view but it’s not practical anymore more especially that you’re just renting. You can use the savings for more content creation or for when you upgrade your apartment again 😊

I mean if I were to choose among all of them no doubt that I’ll choose that one because of its wonderful view. The lighting is also 10000000x better that the others. But whatever yooou chose I know that it’ll be beautiful no matter what because your hands are magical and your mind is empowered with so much creativity❤️🎉
the last condo unit was so 💅💅💅 it felt like ur the main character in k drama, and I remember mr gray, of fifty shades of gray, parang sya yung nakatira don, and it's like NYC vibes shesh! hoping and manifesting for the last condo! im so in loveeee!

Condo #2 is the best option.. open space with hood lighting. Also its a brand new unit means in mint condition👍🏼 master bedroom window is so beautiful to decorate.. #3 VIEW is the sellpoint😍 even if its a studio unit but it is huge… im thinking of the Sorry Girls or Lone Fox renos❤️❤️❤️

Probably for me is the no 2, because of the affordable price, the cr and have a 2 bed room and cabinet and yung kulayyy sarap sa mataaa plus the view like omg imagine When you wake up and see that view ahh heaven. Ily so much ashy my luv
hi ash! i'm 2 weeks late but i gotta say that i fell inlove with the 3rd and 4th condo- okay maybe the 2nd one too but compared to the 3rd and 4th condo/apartment, i crossed it out of my list (wow). the 3rd condo look so big for a studio just like what u said and also the price, it's better than the others. the view and ligning too! same goes for the 3rd condo/apartment, it looks so spacious and has good lighting too. both looks so promising and comfy! i'm so excited for your coming *ehem* moving out vlogs and also for other condo related vids, praying that you can choose the best out of the best (because that's what best girls deserves!) i love you, my girl ❤

For me, it's no. 2!! It's a bit cheaper, the windows and lightings are all aesthetic and it has 2 baths plus the view! Tho the studio indeed has an awesome view and the last one really looks like a foreign place. Still, No. 2! Hehe.
For me, no. 2 takes the cake. there were enough sunlight/windows, the price is affordable, and as you've already said, the floor plan is something to like for.
New here. Awesome content👏🏼💯.. Im always in Manila and rentout Airbnb around BGC. I live in California and end of this year Ill be back home so looking for Nice Condo around BGC with a patio. The lasttime I was there I stay at Uptown Suites right across the mall which is awesome but no patio. Looking at the condos you checked I liked the loft style 🤗
For me #2 reasonable ang price. Plus the view from the living room is different sa kwarto and that’s amazing for me. Plus the size is ok and the lighting is 👌🏻 and maybe will perfectly fit your needs

we're moving out also for college but still can't afford such high rental condos or apartments but maybe someday (hopefully) we can afford spacious place in our 4-year stay in manila huhu thank u for this ashley
