Condo Downgraders - Can You Buy a HDB or EC?
In an uptrend market like these few years, one strategy that some property investors like to adopt is to downgrade. You know why?
Because a condo bought 10 years ago would have, on average, gained quite a bit in value. But a flat would have increased by a lower margin over the same period.
